Can I really install these by myself at home?

Absolutely! Our tape-ins are designed for DIY. If you can section your hair and use a comb, you can install these. Each order comes with a step-by-step guide, and most customers finish a full head in under 30 minutes.
How many packs do I need for a full head?

For a natural look and added length, 2 packs are usually enough. If you have very thick hair or want a "va-va-voom" voluminous look, we recommend 3-4 packs.
Will the tape damage my natural hair?

Not at all. We use a medical-grade, hypoallergenic adhesive that is gentle on hair strands. Damage only occurs if they are removed incorrectly; always use our dedicated Tape-In Remover to slide them out safely.
How long do they stay in before I need to "move them up"?

Our 100% Premium Remy Human Hair is designed to last 5 months (or even longer!) with proper love and care. Regarding the application, you’ll typically need to "move them up" every 6 to 8 weeks as your natural hair grows. Can I swim or gym with tape-ins?

Yes, but wait 48 hours after installation before getting them wet to let the bond "set." If you swim in chlorine or salt water, rinse your hair immediately afterward and apply a leave-in conditioner to the ends.
How long does delivery take within SA?

We ship nationwide! Main centers (JHB, CPT, DBN) usually see delivery within 2–3 business days, while regional areas may take 4–5 business days.
Which courier service do you use?

We use Pudo (by The Courier Guy) to provide a premium, contactless delivery service directly to your door. We’ve chosen this "Locker-to-Door" method to ensure your package is handled securely and arrives safely at your home.
Can I track my order?

Yes! You can track your package 24/7. Once we drop your order off at our local pudo station, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking link. You can watch your transformation kit make its way from us directly to your front door.
Do I need to buy extra tools to put the extensions in myself?
